I guess if you just showed up with your problems sure there would be no welcome, but try going to another state and expect something different won't happen. You must have humility and contribute to be accepted there is no easy way out anywhere so weight your odds carefully. But I'd hate to see a promising story fall prey to the same problems that made Rawles' PATRIOTS nearly unreadable. Like I said, too many "cat jumps out of the bushes" moments, IMO. Expressing my opinion, just like you. JG’s an adult; he can act on it, ignore it, even delete it if he likes. But I’d hate to see a promising story fall prey to the same problems that made Rawles’ PATRIOTS nearly unreadable.

I got ENOUGH of the real world action. This thing is telling me what to look for and helping to get my family ready for action.

What are you doing, other than bothering John Galt for more action in a fictitious story line?

With what just got reported out of Afghanistan with those 7 victim / employees of Xe, it tells me that the truck story is not very far from the truth.

OR, maybe you can take a poke at writing a novel?

"TEOTWAWKI" But for arguments sake, lets say that there is not a quick and final breakdown. We will all be so much better off if we prepare. Because all information available points to lower dollar value, the question is to what level? And all information points to higher prices for food,fuel,etc, and again the question is to what level? And so on with crime and heavy handed government. The question is how bad will it get? Well, if we prepare for a "10" Eartquake, and it only turns out to be a "7", we will be sitting pretty, and maybe able to help others. And if a "10" happens, we will be some of the few to survive.
