Wow….great call!!
“People should not be afraid of the government, the government should be afraid of the people”
I’m sure most of your readers have seen this movie. If not, ‘V for Vendetta’ is a must see and appears to be more and more relevant as the years go by.
Best wishes and God Bless

@Angie Furst: From the movie, V for Victory, the symbol of the resistance to the alien invasion was a spray painted circle with a V inside. The aliens were, of course, lizards in human costumes. Rather like the banksters today.
.
Interesting how your interpretation was that it was written in blood. Spray paint lasts longer, is harder to remove and so is a better message medium. But in desperate times I suppose one needs to use the materials at hand.

Perspective, actually the V I used and have for years is from the movie “V for Vendetta” a comic book series converted into a very very well done movie. The premises are simple and easy for all to understand. However I tend to be a wee bit more complicated.-John

My mistake on the reference. Missed that movie and the comic books. Though it does sound interesting.
.
The movie: A shadowy freedom fighter known only as “V” uses terrorist tactics to fight against his totalitarian society.
.
The comic: V for Vendetta is a ten-issue comic-book series written by Alan Moore and illustrated mostly by David Lloyd, set in a dystopian future United Kingdom imagined from the 1980s about the 1990s. A mysterious revolutionary who calls himself “V” works to destroy the totalitarian government, profoundly affecting the people he encounters.
The series depicts a near-future Britain after a limited nuclear war, which has left much of the world destroyed. In this future, a fascist party called “Norsefire” has arisen as the ruling power. “V”, an anarchist revolutionary dressed in a Guy Fawkes mask, begins an elaborate, violent, and theatrical campaign to bring down the government. Warner Bros. released a film adaptation in 2006.

I have a very fond memory of my childhood. Riding in my fathers car late one spring night in Georgia. Down highway 78, the windows down, cool air blowing in, round the corner that old familiar shadow of Stone Mountain appears and we are listening to Marshal Tucker “Fire on the Mountain”.
