Bad news Steve; India is in far better shape to deal with a famine than the U.S. should an all out collapse occur. They at least have resources prepared and the ability to invest overseas. We have nothing but debt, and promises from alleged allies. 30 years from now my money is on India being a modern society and much stronger while we are a fractured 2nd world nation.

Well unless they plan to eat gold they will still have to sell some of it in order to get dollars to spend. Or do they want to print some more worthless rupees. they got the dollars from their slave labor in their country manufacturing things that we Americans buy. It is all a game, they can’t buy gold unless Uncle Sam approves.
