D.H.S. wants the Secure Communities program to be Mandatory by 2013

by John Galt
January 10, 2012 18:30 ET

The memo is long, written in the language of the technocrat, twisted to give the appearance of passing the Constitutional sniff test, but if my readers fail to read this in full and understand the implications of this program in addition to the other news to be covered on tonight’s internet broadcast of the Voice of Galt, then there is not much more that I can do to point out what is coming.

Welcome to the police state boys and girls.

Plus numerous thanks to EPIC, the Electronic Privacy Information Center for submitting the FOIA request and obtaining this document. On the downside, the fact that they were able to obtain it means the implementation of the program is near completion.

The complete memo is below for my reader’s review and consideration.

      alytwo,
I am able to view the document now. To see the print, clink on that first box with the arrow next to “Scribd”

This isn’t a document to view lightly.
      :(

Or click on the box in the lower left hand corner of the Scribd screen embedded in the story and the full screen option appears.
