Only the headlines but WOW, are they dim:
Japan May Machinery Orders (MoM) declines to -14.8% vs 5.7%
Ouch, but it gets worse and they can’t blame a bunch of radioactive monsters from Fukushima for this one:
Japan May Current Account n.s.a.: ¥215.1B
Unless my math and hearing is bad, that’s down by a factor so far beyond projections that the Japanese economy is now in free fall thanks to the implosion in the U.S.
It just makes one wonder what the ChiCom data will reflect and if the BLS helped them.
