The District of Columbia Loses a key Handgun Control Federal Court Decision Tonight

As the Federal District courts are bombarded by the bombastic leader of the United States with his arrogance and impudence towards the Constitution, the Federal District Court in Washington, DC releases a major decision striking down another gun control law (from Reuters):

Federal judge rules DC ban on handguns unconstitutional

A federal judge on Saturday overturned Washington D.C.’s ban on carrying handguns outside the home, saying it was unconstitutional.

“There is no longer any basis on which this Court can conclude that the District of Columbia’s total ban on the public carrying of ready-to-use handguns outside the home is constitutional under any level of scrutiny,” Judge Frederick Scullin said in an opinion.

 

In other words the laws imposed by the Democratic Party monopoly on power in the District has now been ruled, again, to be an anti-Constitutional act against the freedoms of individual citizens. Hopefully the US Supreme Court will not be drastically altered in its make up over the next two years so this completely logical ruling shall continue to stand. The complete 19 page text is below:
