United Arab Emirates Foreign Minister: Trump’s Travel Restrictions is not a Muslim Ban

Leave it to the Gulf News of the United Arab Emirates to accurately report a story that for some strange reason the #FakeStreamMedia in the U.S. can or will not:

Visa ban is sovereign decision of US: Abdullah

This excerpt from the story above is the hard truth that the CNN led cabal of liberal media will not report honestly:

Countries facing immigration ban in the US have their own internal challenges and should put their house in order before dealing with the US, a top UAE official said here on Wednesday.

These seven Muslim nations [whose citizens affected by the US immigration ban] are facing internal challenges and they have to deal with those challenges before they deal with the US, said Shaikh Abdulla Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

The US decision was a temporary one, which would be revisited after three months, he said at a press conference while answering a question on the US President Donald Trump’s decision to temporality ban visa to refugees and visitors from seven Muslim countries.

Shaikh Abdullah said the US was within its rights to take what he said was a “sovereign decision” concerning immigration. All nations have the rights to take decision under their sovereignty and this US decision is on the same lines, he said. “The is a temporary ban and it will revised in three months, so it is important that we put into consideration this point,” he said.

The minister said he did not believe that the US decision was against a particular religion because majority of the Muslim countries were not in the list [of countries whose citizens were affected].

Well done. Honest reporting, an honest recognition from an Arab government, and accurately identifying the truth behind Trump’s Executive Order. For those readers in liberal loony land, this is nothing new as travel bans from terrorist troubled nations into other Middle Eastern countries are far more drastic.

From the Gulf News also, in 2011:

Kuwait bans visa issuance to five nationalities

Kuwait has banned nationals from Syria, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan from entering the country, local media have reported.

The ban includes suspending all tourism, visit and trade visas as well as visas sponsored by spouses, immigration sources said, quoted by Kuwaiti media on Saturday.

They attributed the blanket visa ban to the “difficult security conditions in the five countries” and to “the remarkably increasing tendency of nationals from the five countries to apply for visas to bring in relatives who faced or could face arrest by the local authorities to Kuwait.”

Weird. Donald Trump wasn’t President then. Is it possible perhaps that former President Obama helped destabilize those nations so much with his incompetent foreign policy that they had no choice but to do this to protect their citizens. Maybe one day someone in the #FakeStreamMedia will report that fact, also; but I doubt it.
