In what could only be called a stunning unanimous decision, the United States Supreme Court may have opened Pandora’s Box in the case of Bond v. United States. I shall simply defer to the experts on their interpretations but from the individual citizen’s it does give them standing in property rights challenges, the stupid curly light bulb, and quite possibly agricultural issues for farmers not engaged in cross border (state or international) commerce. Thank God they decided to uphold the right of individuals to challenge Federal Laws and regulations based on 10th Amendment infringements because our nation could well have tipped over based on the regulatory binge Cass Sunstein has engaged in. At least now we can stop or slow down their actions in the Federal Court System.
