Last night on Mark Levin’s radio program he made a stunning statement which hit home more than any news item or “shocking” revelation about all of the scandals combined relating to the past year and to be quite honest I do not think he realized the impact of his words (paraphrased):

“We know more about Edward Snowden than we do Barack Obama.”

Guess what?

He is 100% correct.

On June 11th, just about 24 hours ago, NBC News an unofficial division of the U.S. Department of Propaganda published the following article on their website:

Let’s take a moment and do some side by side comparisons using the story linked above and a story from the Western Center for Journalism titled “The Mystery of Barack Obama Continues.”

On Mr. Snowden’s background, NBC reports the following:

Born June 21, 1983, he grew up in Wilmington, N.C., but later moved to Ellicott City, Md., he told The Guardian. His mother, Wendy, is the chief deputy clerk for administration and information technology at the federal court in Baltimore, a court official told NBC News. His father, Lonnie, is a former Coast Guard officer who lives in Pennsylvania, the Allentown Morning Call reported. A neighbor said he has an older sister who is an attorney.

On Barack Obama from the link above:

For example, Obama’s application to Punahou School – now mysteriously missing – would likely contain a birth certificate. And, according to attorney Gary Kreep, “his Occidental College records are important as they may show he attended there as a foreign exchange student.” Indeed, Obama used his Indonesian name “Barry Soetoro” while attending Occidental. Kreep has filed lawsuits challenging Obama’s eligibility to be president and as part of his lawsuit he requested Obama’s records from Occidental. However, Obama’s lawyers quickly moved to stop Occidental from honoring this request.

Furthermore, now that at least three document authentication experts have declared the scanned “Certificate of Live Birth” Obama’s campaign team gave to a pro-Obama website to be an obvious phony; we know that he is hiding something here as well.

Interesting enough? Let’s see if we can find out more about their educational backgrounds and military service, much of which on the President has become a mystery wrapped in suddenly classified enigma.

NBC News on Snowden: 

He did not complete high school. He told The Guardian that he studied computers at a community college and obtained a general equivalency degree. A spokesman for Anne Arundel Community College confirmed that a student with the same name and birth date took classes there, from 1999 to 2001 and again in 2004 and 2005.

 He spent four months in the Army reserves, from May to September 2004 as a special forces recruit to a 14-week training course, the Army said. “He did not complete any training or receive any awards,” an Army statement said. No other details were given, but Snowden told The Guardian he was discharged after breaking his legs in an accident.

Then on Obama from the WCJ:

What’s more, there are questions about how he paid for his Harvard Law School education since, despite a claim by Michele Obama, no one has produced any evidence that he received student loans. The Obamas will not release any student loan details despite repeated requests from the Chicago Tribune. However, it appears that his Harvard education may have been paid for by a foreign source. Khalid Al-Mansour, an advisor to Saudi prince Al-Walid bin Talah, told Manhattan Borough president, Percy Sutton, that he was raising money for Obama’s Harvard tuition. Incidentally, Prince Tala is the largest donor to CAIR, a Muslim group declared by the U.S. Government in 2007 as an unindicted co-conspirator in a terrorist financing trial. At least three of CAIR’s leaders have been indicted for terrorist activities. Al-Mansour’s admission opens up speculation as to whether Muslim interests have assisted Obama’s career in the hope he would eventually be in a position someday to promote their interests.

More recently, it was discovered that Obama’s Selective Service card may have been doctored. Federal law requires all American males to register for the Selective Service (the draft) in case a major war broke out. Blogger Debbie Schlussel has discovered solid evidence that Obama’s Selective Service registration form was submitted not when he was younger as required, but rather in 2008 and then altered to look older. Indeed, the forgers forgot to alter the “Document Location Number” which shows that it is clearly a 2008 form. This is fraud and it’s a felony and Schlussel’s allegations are backed up by Stephen Coffman, a former high-ranking Federal agent. Moreover, the document shows a September 4th, 1980 date and the location of the transaction as Hawaii, but at that time Obama was thousands of miles away attending Occidental College in Los Angeles.

In other words we know for a fact that the alleged “traitor” did in fact volunteer and serve in the U.S. military until he was injured, worked for the government in a capacity that as of today we can presume was an acceptable standard and level of performance yet the Commander-in-Chief may have actually committed fraud by doctoring an official Federal Document from the Selective Service. Not so amazingly enough, the mainstream media under the direction of the Obama administration has in fact revealed more about Mr. Snowden in less than 72 hours than their entire background of work on President Obama since 2007!

It does not take much to imagine why the media has decided to attack Snowden and pardon Obama’s cover up of his past. There is so much more that could be inquired upon about the Obama family background and the mystery of his relationship with communists from his youth through the collegiate years if not beyond. In addition to that, the birth certificate issue, once considered closed in my book until I spoke with Sheriff Joe Arpaio last year, is a wide open point of contention along with all of his primary and secondary education records which have been sealed for no apparent reason if he is telling the truth about his family’s background. Sadly for Edward Snowden he will not be given the benefit of the doubt nor the blank check to fabricate his past and career achievements like the President of the United States.

After all, corruption and power does have its privileges.

Shoot me, because as my readers can see, I’m no poet. But the facts are so obvious that I am shocked, shocked I’m telling you that the Republican whinerhawks and the “conservative” talk jock community has yet to figure out the ultimate reason the “PRISM” and other intelligence agency spy programs were in use by the Obama admniistration. There is this myth, propagated by the Republican elite and further enhanced by the current Democrat dominated power structure, that the “war on terror” which was declared over by President Obama is still being fought despite thousands of miles of open border, unchecked student visas, and intelligence ignored from foreign sources warning us of pending attacks. In the end, the National Security Agency (NSA) domestic spying program exposed by the soon to assume room temperature Edward Snowden is more about controlling our freedoms and manipulating financial markets along with the electoral process to guarantee a total new order does in fact preside over our nation within the next 6 months to a year.

First, let us rewind to ancient history where after the first Presidential debate in 2012, the Obama campaign was reeling, the over confidence was replaced with concern and the fundraising concerns of the summer didn’t create the media hyped popularity contest the President sought versus Mr. Plain Jane, Mitt Romney. When Romney unloaded on Obama venting the frustrations of about 60% of the population, the entire campaign was on their heels, as if their pre-debate intelligence and surveillance was inaccurate or erroneous to such an extent the Messiah appeared dumbfounded on stage as he expected clone of McCain to appear, not an assertive conservative attacking daring to attack his record in office.

That mistake, the errors of the staffers and professional political consultant class would not be repeated throughout the rest of the 2012 Presidential campaign.

From that point forward the President’s poise and knowledge of the weak points within the Republican candidate’s  approach allowed his media driven appearance to be one of a self-confident leader to the sheeple and the old adage that changing our nation’s course would destroy our future took hold within the senile, stupid, and weak minded. Yet Romney had an initial impact during the first debate on the imbecilic and slovenly, yet nobody within the Republican/Neo-Con movement could explain how Romney lost the momentum beyond the old tried and true “it’s the mainstream media’s fault,” along with other moronic assessments.

Perhaps if the Republican elite had reviewed their own past, that of a certain egomaniac who like Obama thought he was above the Constitution, that analysis could have provided the answers they were looking for such as the license number of the truck which hit them driven by Barry and loaded above the legal weight limit with fertilizer.

The next step is to review the news in summary which occurred since the Tea Party revolt of the 2010 election which blindsided the Obama White House who considered the information from their consultant class superior and ignored the true depths of the grass roots movement created by his radical policy stances. After the shock wore off, it would appear based on the news cycle of recent weeks that a coordinated campaign, either implicitly or explicitly approved by the White House, was created to crush domestic dissent. The various government agencies enlisted to carry out this campaign against Obama’s enemies is extensive and Nixonian upon first review:

The Department of Energy – Action against Oil Companies, drillers, supporters within Republican districts to obstruct operations, limit exploration, and force many out of business using fines and court actions to impede normal business operations.

The Department of Labor – Using the NLRB (Boeing to South Carolina for example) and OSHA, regulatory impediments along with fines were imposed on any corporation operating in so-called “Red” states and supporters of Republicans causes. Labor actions against those companies and states which were ‘right to work’ states was encouraged across the spectrum further weakening Republican fund raising and conservative causes.

Housing and Human Services – The department used intimidation and coercion  to force corporations to fund pro-Obamacare advocacy groups along with threatening any medical concern using regulatory impediments if they engaged in political actions against the will of the regime.

The Department of the Treasury – Specifically using the various regulatory bodies (SEC, for example) along with investigations against conservative CEO’s, COO’s, and CFO’s,  and corporations to prevent funding to and support of Republican causes. By finding minor infractions some corporations withheld support for conservative candidates to avoid engaging in prolonged legal battles in Federal courts which they would eventually lose.

Internal Revenue Service – Well documented thus far, no further comment is necessary.

The Department of Justice – Specifically not just using the investigatory and legal system to attack Republican groups and supporters, sometimes using concocted charges, but by unleashing the Federal Bureau of Investigation on unwitting groups and individuals using threats and intimidation to curtail pro-Romney and pro-Republican/Libertarian candidate activities.  These actions were not limited to in depth background checks but also asking embarrassing questions to friends, relatives, employers, and business associates in a manner to infer that the individual or groups involved might be engaged in anti-American activities that were a threat to the Republic or illegal. While many agents were professional in their actions and simply “following orders,” those of the new generation with the zeal to impose the will of the administration via intimidation pushed many first time volunteers and activists out of the political arena for fear of losing their jobs and liberty.

The Department of Homeland Security – Ever go to a Tea Party rally? Did anyone notice the individuals in the parking lots taking pictures of the license plates of attendees and the crowds along with video recordings to the activities? Ever notice that at any “Patriot” rally or pro-2nd Amendment meeting there were numerous strange faces not engaged in some cases or overly eager to engage and talk about the administration, security, and encouraging more meetings or self-inviting themselves to further functions? Yup, that’s our friendly DHS units attempting to infiltrate and find evidence of criminal or terrorist activity against the homeland. By the way, if one was engaged in anti-abortion, pro-Constitution, Libertarian Party, Ron Paul rallies, NRA, GOA, or other group meetings, there was always one agent from DHS or DoJ there for large assemblies, an informant in attendance otherwise.

With all of these departments engaged in snooping, persecuting, gathering intelligence, intimidating, investigating, and sometimes phony prosecutions of anti-Obama activists, is it really that much of a reach to determine that the NSA snooping extended to operations covering all aspects of the political campaign of 2012?

Uh, no.

Imagine the power of having daily briefings in real time with telephone conversations between key Romney campaign officials, RNC operatives, or pro-Conservative groups engaged in planning and strategy sessions about how to approach the Presidential or other elected offices. While Obama and his inner political circle might have only paid attention to 40% or so of the intelligence briefings regarding foreign threat assessment, I would be willing to wager George Soros’ fortune that they paid 100% attention to daily summaries and updates on activities, debate strategy sessions, and fundraising activities of their Republican opposition.

The concept is simple, yet unprovable unless there is a living twin of Snowden willing to come forward from the inner circles of our intelligence operations to shed light on the activities of the CIA and NSA from 2011 through the election period of 2012. The problem is that some of our career intelligence bureaucrats and managers might not even be aware that this occurred due to the use of contractors in many of the services! If a wealthy Eastern European investor owned a controlling position in one of America’s private security contractors which provided intelligence analysis services on a contract basis to the CIA, FBI, and NSA and that investor had a select team of operatives with massive access and security clearance employed within that corporation, there is nothing that would stop them from obtaining selected data be it from Romney’s personal phone conversations, laptop, or conference calls on a daily basis.

In September and October of 2012 the media and conservative radio/blogosphere was in an uproar because the Obama campaign appeared to be one step ahead of Romney on a daily basis. By using every agency within the United States government, as Nixon did, is is no wonder that in fact the Obama regime won re-election with such ease. Perhaps the investigation should steer from the platitudes of civil liberties, the Constitution, and personal freedom and focus on what it just actually might have been engaged in:

A program of sabotage, spying, and intimidation to ensure the re-election of President Obama and selected members of his political cult to finish the job he started in 2008.

Unfortunately that job is the destruction of our Republic and as of now, there is very little anyone can do to stop the implementation of the new world order and his personal anti-American agenda.

The Japanese Nikkei 225 got whacked again last night with a 3.83% loss or 518 point decline:

I haven’t seen panic set in over the last three weeks since Dunkin Donuts closed their capitol building location in New Jersey. The key to today’s action is to watch the Yen which is strengthening once again as our economic situation is starting to display the instability which most Americans feel on a daily basis. Watch this chart because a break below the 99 level into the mid-98 range will cause a major sell off in world equities.

The news flow today was pretty much the standard fare until a rant from Henry Blodget of Business Insider appeared on my Twitter feed:

 I Just Used Cash — Boy, What A Horrible Way To Pay For Things!

The insanity of the title reflects a globalist perspective of the author, one who wishes the ideas of true capitalist independence to fade into history under the darkness of a state controlled system along with the only instrument guaranteed to allow privacy and discretion for trade and commerce between two individuals, or as in the days of old (five years ago perhaps) between two businessmen. The arguments he presents against cash per Mr. Blodget from the article linked above are summarized below:

* It’s dirty.

* It smells.

* It can be lost, destroyed, or stolen.

* It’s heavy.

* It can’t be used to pay for big-ticket items.

* It’s clumsy, slow, and imprecise.

* It leaves you with no record of your purchase.

* It’s only good in your country.

* It’s expensive.

The reasons presented above are indicative of a future already planned several years ago by the previous administration and now being enacted by the bankers and their governments worldwide. Consider the first complaint about cash being “dirty” per Mr. Blodget; many government officials wishing to move towards a cashless society have presented the argument that cash can be contaminated with a biological weapon from an enemy or terrorist agent. The mere thought of that happening would create an instant demand by businesses and individuals that cash be banned immediately but the migration to a cashless society is far more insidious than something as simple as a terrorist threat.

I post this article for the reader’s consideration as over 40,000 pages of regulations have been published as of the end of May but soon it will top over 100,000 pages based on the issuance of regulatory statements and proposals from every cabinet department impacted or named within the so-called Affordable Care Act. The problem with Obamacare is not just the basic demand that citizens be forced to buy a product by the Federal Government but the expansion of personal behavior oversight empowered to Washington, D.C. required to make the law function as of 2016.

The bureaucratic maze of new regulations has one overriding, terrifying fact that 80% of the American population has no clue is coming:

A complete and total oversight of individual actions including eating, exercise, travel, personal recreation, tobacco use, alcohol use, firearms ownership, and potentially even sexual activity.

The regulations could be a simple as forbidding a forty-something mildly obese male from eating more than once per week at a fast food restaurant to preventing  the purchase of legal products like alcohol or tobacco to a dollar or quantity limit per week. How is this possible if using “dirty cash” is still available? The onus could be shifted to the business community by implementing a series of penalties and reporting requirements, however the ability to commit fraud would make this almost impossible. That obviously brings America to the brink of a modern “final solution” to the control problem for a free society by destroying economic freedom.

The training wheels for a cashless society started with the traditional credit card and has since evolved into the Electronics Benefit Transfer card where the United States Government not only offered cash via these cards for food, but now has expanded it to a cash card for “essential non-food items” as described by some of the promoters of this program. Using the cash card has enabled the “less fortunate” to buy Christmas gifts, cell phones, pay bills for personal care services, and other items the rest of us work our butts off to pay for. These programs along with the integration of ATM/Debit cards for the rest of society has reduced the use of cash from 80% of all transactions twenty years ago, to just 50% as of the spring of 2012 (Source: Cleveland Federal Reserve, “Meeting the Demand for Cash“).

Even though the total dollar value of all transactions is a mere 0.2% of the national economy, the volume is still extremely high due to the majority of cash purchases consisting of under $10 sales. So why does Obamacare need to break this cycle and at a minimum increase the cashless transaction volume to at least 90% of all American purchases made?

First, force that volume up by adding a cash tax surcharge to all businesses who engage in cash transactions of over $1000 per month. The government could then force more businesses into mandating customers use EBT, debit, or credit cards for purchases. The other alternative is going to be identical to the gas stations by having a higher cash price versus electronic payment processes. Next the Federal government will use the massive database being accumulated to start focusing on purchase permissions and restrictions based on the reporting to HHS (Health and Human Services) from physicians nationwide. This will force individuals to avoid the embarrassment of hearing from a clerk at a local McDonald’s or Burger King, “Sir (or Ma’am), I’m sorry but your card will not permit you to purchase any more food at this establishment this month.”

Another target of the cashless society will be to restrict the ownership of real money, aka, gold and silver. By forcing individuals to automatically use their “card” it will allow the government to start implementing automatic and differing sales tax rates on items based on the government’s desire to allow individual ownership. For example, if the government wished to restrict firearms or precious metals ownership, instead of creating a regulatory maze which forces the seller to jump through hoops thus restricting supply, a new Federal sales or usage tax could be automatically applied at the point of sale. Imagine how many people would be priced out of purchasing ammunition,  a new rifle,  or a 1/2 ounce gold coin if the cashless society imposed a 25% surcharge on each purchase!

The obvious implications of such implementation are the evolution of an even larger grey and black market economy. The sad thing is that even though it is 100% legal and constitutional to engage in commerce using gold, silver, and cash, by criminalizing those transactions and requiring the use of an electronic monetary scheme a large swath of society would instantly become felons and made examples of by the media. Obamacare’s insidious hidden surprises will shock everyone as new regulations are implemented at such a rapid pace, everyday purchases would become cumbersome unless one used the electronic currency and the ability to violate the law too easy as enforcement would outpace public notification of implementation of new regulations.

All of these ideas and more are necessary to force individuals into a cashless society which  fulfill the regulatory goals of Obamacare of obtaining total control over human behavior. This goal is one the bankers and their political knaves have desired since the days of Robin Hood and King Richard. It is not just for control of a society, but to modify human consumption to reward compliant activity via the ability to punish or tax actions considered objectionable by the elites in power at that moment. For Obamacare to work, America must lead the world by demonstrating the practical application of a cashless society thus setting the basis for a universal one world electronic currency regime. That is the prerequisite for a globalist government and world central bank to take total control by imposing a new  order based on the criteria of the international banking cartel.

To understand the rage and news from Turkey and the alleged “Turkish Spring” being promoted by some websites and commentators, one has to have a deep understanding of the friends and enemies the nation of Turkey has acquired in eighty plus years of independence and Westernization thanks to Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. In the West, the British still resent the Turks for their unwillingness to take up arms against the Nazis in World War II. Believe it or not, some Germans hold the same animosity because a Turkish alliance with Nazi Germany would have crushed the Allies in Europe and the Middle East and prevented the Russians from resisting the onslaught of Operation Barbarossa. The Persians and most of the Middle East have a long standing hatred of the Turks due to their centuries of ruthless rule during the Ottoman Empire days. And of course the Russians hate the nation of Turkey for the conflicts of the past and their role as a stalwart against the Soviet Union during the Cold War.

With enemies like that, who would dare to be their friend?

Anyone with a militaristic or economic goal of dominating the gateway to the Middle East AND Europe, that is who. But what superpower left on this earth would want to dare challenge the balance of power so delicately set in the Balkans and Middle East at this moment in history?

To understand this complex situation requires an analysis of some recent interactions with Turkey by one of the few unrecognized superpowers (at least by most Americans).  This report from December 4, 2012 by Al-Jazeera should provide a clue:

When Vladimir Putin visited Turkey last year, it was hoped that there would be less influence by NATO powers and the Arab League against Syria and more opportunities for Turkey to slow down their Islamist reforms and instead, align themselves more closely with Russia, Iran, and China. The failure by Prime Minister Erdogan to reach an understanding that the Syrian conflict was far beyond a major confrontation between the Muslim Brotherhood supported rebels, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar versus Assad was a miscalculation which is now going to haunt the Ankara regime bitterly.

The animosity between the Turkish military and Prime Minister Erdogan erupted first in 2011 as documented in this story from the UAE newspaper The National with this AP story:

The military had a long standing traditional role within the government to maintain a sense of secularism to prevent the passionate Islamist religious leaders from leading the nation into another disaster like World War I. However with his election, that shift from a defined secularism and instead into an integrated role for Islamic religious leaders into government decision making offended the military and lead to purges and trials causing a schism not only between the civilian government but with members of the NATO alliance as a more blunt foreign policy towards other NATO members, namely Cyprus and Greece, began to emerge. This dispute expanded as officers loyal to the West were conflicted by the Islamist purge and suddenly closer relationship to their former bitter enemies in Russia.

The headlines over the past two years indicate a divergence from the traditional NATO relationship and a new found detente with the Russians:

The bottom line to all of these stories, despite the long standing animosity is the mix of warming relationships with Russia while a conversion to a quasi-Islamist Western Republic is being attempted by Prime Minister Erdoğan, is that Russia was slowly putting a wedge between Turkey and the EU/NATO alliance.  This new relationship has born some fruit with Turkey finally coercing the NATO alliance to relinquish some of their top line equipment to the Turkish military while maintaining a dominant position which forces the Iranians and finally the Kurds in Northern Iraq into negotiations with the Ankara government.

However, this improvement in relations was met with due skepticism by the Turkish government due to stories like this one on June 1, 2013 from the UAE newspaper, The National:

Russia playing out its Caucasus politics in Turkey, say activists

From the story:

Medet Onlu, a businessman in the Turkish capital, held the unofficial title of “Honorary Consul of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria”, the unrecognised rebel government in the Russian region of Chechnya.

He was the latest victim in a series of unsolved killings targeting members of anti-Russia groups in Turkey.

Activists campaigning against Russian policies in the Caucasus say Moscow is behind the crimes.

“It was an assassination in the heart of the country,” Ozgur Aktekin, a member of the Caucasus Forum, an association of Chechen and Circassian activists in Turkey, told The National.

Citing footage of surveillance cameras that he said was leaked to the media, he said Onlu’s suspected killer boarded a plane to Russia after the murder.

“Russia has committed many crimes, including in Turkey.”

Thus the distrust between the Russians and Turks continues but in reality, there is another force at work. To analyze who is responsible for this churning of internal Turkish politics, one needs look no further than the sponsors of the Syrian rebellion, the Gulf Cooperation Council; primarily consisting of action and support from Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

But why? A picture is worth a trillion dollars:

The competition between the Russia to Southern Europe pipeline and the long proposed Saudi/Egypt and Qatar/Jordan to Southern Europe pipelines all via Turkey has created a 20-30 year dynamic where whichever group of suppliers through Turkey will dominate Eurasian political relations for decades to come. The superpower which has the most to lose with a Turkish decision to align with the Russians is not those of the Middle East but in fact the United States of America.

Which is why the logical choice for the responsibility for the latest round of civil unrest inside of Turkey is not Russia, Syria, or even Saudi Arabia, but America. Why the United States?

Our military, along with our NATO insiders, have been deeply concerned by the friendly efforts of Erdoğan to achieve a new level of cooperation with Iran, Iraq, and Russia regarding regional affairs to stabilize that portion of the Middle East. Based on the recent intervention of our CIA and State Department into Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Uganda, Mali, Mauritania, Jordan, etc. it is no shock to consider that this temporary destabilization by initiating a period of riots and unrest using leftist extremists and Saudi funded Wahhabi revolutionaries to engage the Erdoğan government. The United States also would like to re-engage the Turkish military leadership after the years of purges under Erdoğan and put a friendlier government in power; one willing to profit from a trans-Syrian pipeline from the Arabian Peninsula and Gulf Cooperation Council nations to reduce Russian influence in Europe; especially into the economically and ethnically unstable Southern European region.

When all is said and done some twenty plus years from now, if not sooner as the scandals about the Middle East become more transparent during the investigations, odds are a massive complex plan to exploit the strong Islamist feelings of the Turkish people along with a profit motive to assist our allies in the old Pan-Arab alliance might well be the reason for  our CIA or other forces to meddle in the internal affairs of Turkey. To believe otherwise is naive and foolish considering the results of our other activities in Iraq, Libya, and other nations in recent years. The message to Prime Minister Erdogan is crystal clear: Get back into line or the international financial cartel will remove you from power and replace you with a Saudi puppet regime lead by the military.

That’s a nice return on investment if you’re a gambler or “investor” in the current Bubble driven equity markets. But the chart above is an example of a bush league amateur inflationary growth attempt compared to Venezuela:

That’s our old buddy the Dow Jones Industrial Average. For some reason I don’t think that bubble will end well either. The prevailing thought after Friday’s swoon was that the markets would continue tanking this Monday morning and there is a strong chance that the U.S. equity markets could drop further despite mildly higher futures this morning. The reality is not in the short term hourly action of the markets but what history has taught what few individual investors are left when May ends on a sour note with somewhat less than a booming economy. The chart pattern for this proverbial ‘unstoppable’ bull market is beginning to look a little long in the tooth and the failure to break out to new highs might indicate a short term top in the market:

In 2011 a similar pattern emerged before the Federal Reserve ordered its member banks to start buying stocks:

That May swoon reminded the Fed to no longer remain complacent and shortly after the further August decline the European crisis forced all central banks to coordinate a plan of action. In 2010 however the May swoon required an eventual “coordinated” response just like 2011 which copied the central bankster panic of 2010:

Of course it took from 1999 until the great financial crash of 2007-2009 for the memories of the old timers to realize that May’s market action might well indicate something bigger:

After 1999, the crash which followed in the next two years still impacts markets to this day so the question about 2013 is does history repeat itself or will the Federal Reserve along with the government take any course of action necessary, including hyperinflation of the currency, to prevent a major deflationary contraction? I think the answer is “yes” and if you don’t buy stocks with all that electronic fiat funny money they are going to print, I think the dog is going to get it.

The Department of State (DOS), Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS), Office of Security Technology (ST), has a requirement for a qualified contractor to provide worldwide Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) support services. The mission of the UAV program is to provide real-time air surveillance of fixed installations, proposed movement routes and movement operations, and special events thereby improving security in high threat or potentially high threat environments. The UAV program shall provide the capability to:

•Achieve and maintain situational awareness.
•Automatically generate and disseminate high quality video imaging.
•Respond to a security incident at locations remote from the core of operations.
•Disseminate threat information for use in route planning.
•Receive, view, and analyze in route activity.

The contractor shall provide Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) for Tier I and Tier II/Tier II+ as classified by the United States Air Force appropriate for the missions and flight services specified. The contractor shall also provide a logistics service package to include but not limited to systems management, staffing, operation, maintenance, repair, tools, parts, supply and reporting activities at levels adequate to meet or exceed the requirements of the solicitation.

The big question is why does the United States diplomatic arm need a military program within its realm of operational capacity as the Department of Defense (DoD) was originally tasked with this duty by the Constitution? A quick look into the expansion of the undeclared wars started under Truman and expanded by every President since is the basic answer to that question. Yet this current administration has taken the idea one step further by practically creating a military arm for each cabinet department within the U.S. government. If that is not alarming enough, take a moment to recall this bid via the same FedBizOps website put out by the State Department on November 30, 2012:

The Department of State (DoS) Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), Office of Aviation (INL/A) is initiating these market research activities associated with the continuing requirement for global aviation services. Chief among the myriad requirements to be contracted is the operation and maintenance of fixed wing and rotary aircraft at multiple sites in 8 or more countries in permissive and non-permissive environments and in direct support of US Government activities. Such sanctioned activities include, but are not limited to: personnel and cargo transport, aerial reconnaissance, medical and casualty evacuations, aerial herbicide application, aerial support to narcotics interdiction operations, aircraft ferrying, and emergent surge type operations. At some locations requirements include working with, and training host nation personnel in key disciplines, as defined by USG nationalization plans.

Excuse me? The State Department not only wanted drones but contractor services for their own air force? That’s right, 412 aircraft currently per the bid package above. The key portion from the bid are the following from the section titled “Requirements” for the services requested:

Provide inter and intra-theater transportation at all sites, as directed.
Provide life support services such as food, housing, laundry and MWR for personnel in permissive and non-permissive environments.
Provide defensive security for air fields and housing when required.

US STATE DEPT. INL GUNSHIP

For those of you not familiar with the term, a “non-permissive” environment is a combat zone or at a minimum area under hostile threat. The INL Air Wing was started long before Obama became President but the disturbing trend he has accelerated is the outsourcing of the military and paramilitary activities of the various cabinet departments to avoid oversight by the Pentagon and by extension the House and Senate committees with oversight over the various military branches. By shifting emphasis to the PSC’s (Private Security Contractors aka “mercenaries”) the oversight of the bureaucracy is muddled by Executive Privilege actions by the President to protect documentation and orders given along with the ability for a civilian military arm to act as the President wishes, not the nation as a whole.

This dangerous precedent set by then President George W. Bush and now expanded beyond any practical regime of oversight currently available on Capitol Hill should alarm the American public but that would require a non-compliant media and fewer discussions of frivolous scandals when much larger ones shall hopefully be exposed in the weeks and months to come. As it sits now, I remind everyone of Obama’s words and the real question:

Just as powerful.
Just as strong.
Just as well funded.

Think about it folks, the real question is do we want a civilian national security force with no legal accountability to international or American Constitutional law roaming free around the world and within our borders executing the whims of international financial cartels and a corrupt administration?

I think not.

Banks of Wisconsin, Kenosha, Wisconsin, was closed today by the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions, which appointed the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as receiver. To protect the depositors, the FDIC entered into a purchase and assumption agreement with North Shore Bank, FSB, Brookfield, Wisconsin, to assume all of the deposits of Banks of Wisconsin.

The two branches of Banks of Wisconsin, which did business as Bank of Kenosha, will reopen as branches of North Shore Bank, FSB, during their normal business hours. Depositors of Banks of Wisconsin will automatically become depositors of North Shore Bank, FSB. Deposits will continue to be insured by the FDIC, so there is no need for customers to change their banking relationship in order to retain their deposit insurance coverage up to applicable limits. Customers of Banks of Wisconsin should continue to use their existing branch until they receive notice from North Shore Bank, FSB that it has completed systems changes to allow other North Shore Bank, FSB branches to process their accounts as well.

This evening and over the weekend, depositors of Banks of Wisconsin can access their money by writing checks or using ATM or debit cards. Checks drawn on the bank will continue to be processed. Loan customers should continue to make their payments as usual.

As of March 31, 2012, Banks of Wisconsin had approximately $134.0 million in total assets and $127.6 million in total deposits. In addition to assuming all of the deposits of the failed bank, North Shore Bank, FSB agreed to purchase approximately $97.4 million of the failed bank’s assets. The FDIC will retain the remaining assets for later disposition.

Customers with questions about today’s transaction should call the FDIC toll-free at 1-800-355-0814. The phone number will be operational this evening until 9:00 p.m., Central Daylight Time (CDT); on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., CDT; on Sunday from noon to 6:00 p.m., CDT; on Monday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., CDT; and thereafter from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., CDT. Interested parties also can visit the FDIC’s Web site at http://www.fdic.gov/bank/individual/failed/kenosha.html.

The FDIC estimates that the cost to the Deposit Insurance Fund (DIF) will be $26.3 million. Compared to other alternatives, North Shore Bank, FSB’s acquisition was the least costly resolution for the FDIC’s DIF. Banks of Wisconsin is the 14th FDIC-insured institution to fail in the nation this year, and the first in Wisconsin. My how the Obama administration has successfully counted on the short memory and fury of the American sheeple. Just over one year ago this month, the conservative media and the entire blogosphere was screaming bloody murder about that video and the extravagant waste of taxpayer dollars by bureaucrats partying at five star resorts enjoying champagne, expensive meals, and flying first class sometimes several times per year.

Fox News which played the music videos for weeks and presented Republican politicians puffing out their chests and promising deep investigations into this abuse is now focusing on Scandalmania 2013  while everything that has occurred within the regime since 2009 is bypassed or barely mentioned.  As the IRS, AP/James Rosen, Benghazi, EPA, etc. investigations move forward, I simply remind everyone of the horrid job done by the media and the excellent covering up of the turd in the sandbox by the Department of Justice.

The RINOs are in full roar. After Congresstraitor John Boehner puts down his seventh or eighth martini or moonshine tonight and cries himself to sleep watching Bill Clinton porno videos from the Oval Office (Still sealed by the way) this steaming pile of crap is getting his way as the RINOs are now seizing power in the wake of the attacks on the Tea Party, 9/12 groups, and Libertarians by the Globalist pieces of crap which run the Republican Party.

I am constantly contacted by the RINOs and asked why I haven’t donated in almost 10 years. I simply reply that even though I do not agree with individuals like Congresswoman Bachmann 100% of the time, her dedication to the Constitution and America’s traditional values far surpasses individuals like the Mongolian Candidate (McCain) and the globalist liars like Lindsissy Graham and Eric Cantor.

The emergence of a new groupthink inspired by the lack of participation and awareness by the masses has permitted the current administration to create a new Bill of Rights as a substitute for the original yellowed document approved by those old guys back in the late 1700′s. With the evolution of technology, genetics, feelings, and our world economy it was believed that the old version just did not fit the current societal applications thus a replacement was implemented via Executive Order late one night. It is sincerely hoped that no one objects to this updated version as it is too late to do anything about it with the changes somewhat approved with the 1988 Presidential Elections and re-confirmed with every election held in this nation since.

The New American Bill of Rights

I. Congress shall make no law abridging the rights of American citizens to engage in free speech unless said speech offends women, homosexuals, lesbians, transgender individuals, child molesters, abortionists, witches, warlocks, Muslims, handicapables, African Americans, Native Americans, Asian Americans, Latinos, Arab Americans, Indian Americans, Kazakh-Americans, Nepalese Sheep herders, Africans, Asians, Mexicans, animals, vegans, Saudis, Qataris, Iraqis, terrorists, television news anchors, water fowl, any political figures, and the French. This list may be expanded as deemed necessary by the President of the United States. Congress shall make no laws abridging the rights of individuals to engage in religious worship as long as said religious beliefs do not offend the United States Government. The Internal Revenue Service shall determine all approved religions with the notable exception of Islam and all related sects receiving an automatic exemption per the President of the United States. All Americans are hereby guaranteed a right to assemble without objection from government at any level however some groups might need to submit DNA sampling in the event the Department of Pre-Crime deems it necessary. All petitions to the government for redress of grievances are subject to Department of Homeland Security or Valerie Jarrett’s approval.

II. A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms consisting of single shot weapons of no greater than .22 caliber, single shot Taser device, sling shot, or knife with a blade not greater than 3 inches in length, shall not be infringed.

III. No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law. However if a law enforcement officer, private security contractor,  or member financial institution of the Federal Reserve deem it necessary to repossess or occupy a house for any purpose, all rights of the homeowner are forfeited to the decisions of the Treasurer of the United States or the Director of the Department of Homeland Security. If the homeowner can prove seizure of the home was without due process or cause, compensation will be offered at no more than 30% below the 2007 market value.

IV.  The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall be determined by the appropriate local, state, or Federal official depending on the necessity of said search or seizure as determined by said official. A warrant shall be generated in the event of a search by the officer before, during, or after said investigation and search of person, home(s), papers, or effect occurs.

V. No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury or decision of appropriate Federal government employee who shall go unnamed, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb unless said presentation occurs in the confidential or secret courts during a time of national emergency; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself unless deemed necessary, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law as determined by the prosecution or arresting officer; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation unless it is inconvenient for the government to deal with calculating compensation that is due.

VI. In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a trial which may or may not be held in public, by a jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed unless determined by arresting jurisdiction that no jury is necessary; which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation except for in cases of national security or debt collection; to be confronted with the witnesses against him if they are not on vacation or available ; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor if the Department of Justice approves, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense, regardless of competency. Plea Bargains shall be the right of the accused regardless of the plea desired by said accused and shall be imposed as deemed necessary by the presiding Justice.

VII. In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved unless legal counsel substantiates a need to bypass said trial or is busy golfing with the presiding Justice; and no fact tried by a jury or a multi-national corporation, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law and financial contributions to that Justice’s political action committee.

VIII. Excessive bail shall not be required especially for child molesters, abortion doctors, Marxists, and those persecuted classes listed in (I.) above; nor excessive fines imposed unless the state or a creditor as plaintiff wishes to imprison the defendant; nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted unless deemed necessary by the Department of Homeland Security or the Department of Defense.

IX. The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others unless Congress or any regulatory body, determines otherwise.

X. The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the highest bidder.

Hopefully this clarifies the confusion for those who have learned about the original document of our Founding Fathers and wish to understand the Politically Correct adaptation as determined by the current POTUS and cowardly Republican Party which is as complicit as the Obama administration with regards to destroying our freedoms.
