Over the last six plus months, I have penned two articles about the Assassination of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and “The Other Truth about Benghazi,” both of which were fairly simple to understand when one realizes the level of corruption and financial incest occurring inside the nation’s capitol. To this day not one national talk show host nor political animal has asked the most important question remaining in the investigation which will topple the regime in D.C.

Imagine following every aspect of the absurdly complex tax code of the United States of America, as written by the United States Congress and then being called before them to be attacked and berated for not bringing overseas profits home so as to do their “patriotic duty” as some infer, and pay even more taxes above the $6 billion they already submit!

Rand Paul (R-KY) nailed the critters and rats that infest the Senate today with this great speech below and somehow survived the barbs and nasty comments from the cowardly panelists with him who attacked him for speaking logic, truth, and about the Constitution. Too bad they can not accept responsibility for their own actions and ignored his words of wisdom.

Ah, New Jersey. Home of the Sopranos. A dead Jimmy Hoffa under a parking space at the Meadowlands. And of course, the only governor to have a Krispy-Kreme franchise open just above his navel.  I heard it even has its own drive thru window also.

Now the New Jersey legislature, possibly only third to Washington, D.C. and Chicago as far as corruption (or are those last two one and the same?) is proposing a new law which is right out of 1984 and should have everyone in America reflecting on the future of freedom of movement and expression as our Constitution continues to be destroyed by evil:

In the article at the link above from CBS News New York, the proposal is to force drivers to affix a GPS tracking system to hybrid, electric, or natural gas powered vehicles or offer the option of a $50 per year fee. This was after the initial hue and cry about taxing all vehicles but once Pandora’s box is open, it will only be a short matter of time before all vehicles are taxed using a GPS tracking system.

In fact, some individuals might be taxed a tad bit more. If anyone has paid attention to the IRS scandal, what would stop an energetic bureaucrat from tweaking the tax rate up on a driver say driving to a Tea Party assembly, or notifying authorities that an innocent individual was lawfully attending a gun show and that the authorities should intercept that person after a legally purchased a firearm, ammunition, or accessories? The implications of mandated GPS tracking are endless as are the abuses. Until we become a nation of laws and not technocrat inspired lawyers and political elites ideas like this shall continue to be viewed with justifiable skepticism.

I just wonder what happens if this does become the law of the land in NJ and someone experiences an automatic deduction for a round trip to Miami,  because after all, only the wealthy can afford to drive from New Jersey to Florida according to the bureaucrats who masturbate before their idol known as “Big Brother.”

The hue and cry originally expressed by the Tea Party, 9/12 Project, Conservative Talk Radio, and other patriot/Constitutionalists type groups was a death scream into the darkness as now I fear the entire IRS scandal is officially dead. Unbeknownst to them, it died on Friday May 17, 2013 around 6 p.m. ET when the President made his famous “You’re Fired” speech to the media about the already outgoing interim IRS Commissioner Steven Miller. One needs to take a deep breath and understand that when it was announced that Eric Holder was opening a criminal investigation into the allegations about the Internal Revenue Service, that killed the scandal and any unbiased investigation.

The nightmare which was the “Fast and Furious” scandal was buried when the Federal Government under Eric Holder opened an investigation of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (BATF) which resulted in a massive smoke screen and years later a continuing obfuscation of the facts. Sadly, American Congressional leaders have refused to show the testicular fortitude to stand up to the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security by cutting off funding to the payroll of the leadership or other actions to force a full and complete disclosure under oath with all supporting documents. Why would anyone expect any different result with a new investigation by this administration of itself on a different subject?

The tragic events in Moore, Oklahoma with the destruction from the massive tornado and unfortunate fatalities will buy the Obama administration about 72 to 96 hours of relief from the various scandals, and most importantly the IRS debacle. President Obama can now travel to Oklahoma for a politically arranged memorial service for the victims, provide the usual phony platitudes and prayers for the victims and survivors, and promise that his administration will give unlimited resources to help rebuild the town. Of course that did not work well for the citizens of Staten Island, New York or other areas affected by Hurricane Sandy but who in their right mind expects the national media to follow-up with reports of the Messiah’s failures?

Fortunately for President Obama, the Scarecrow and Chief Republican Globalist Surrender Monkey has thus far refused to take any course of action other than the “someone needs to fired” nonsense for the actions of those responsible. Was there a call for a special prosecutor? No. Demand for a joint special investigative committee with full subpoena powers for all parties? No. Is there any plan to freeze the government by stopping all Congressional action (or in his case inaction) for all programs until all data, emails, and testimony is released to a special committee or even just the House Ways and Means investigation? No. The cowardly Scarecrow will grab a drink and a smoke and cry into the cameras that he’s doing all he can while the Republic crumbles under his watch.

Lastly, today’s news is the final nail in the coffin as planned by Attorney General Eric Holder and reported by the Los Angeles Times tonight:

Top IRS official will invoke 5th Amendment

The course of action taken by the former head of the non-profit division of the IRS, Lois Lerner, is no shock to this blogger as once a criminal investigation is announced, all cooperation ceases. All witnesses and potential whistle blowers will obtain counsel and please the 5th Amendment also. Emails, memos, and any printed material will not become evidence in the possession of a Republican dominated committee but instead will be sealed by the Attorney General so as not to “taint” any case that may develop against those guilty of any potential crimes. The actions initiated by Eric Holder with the announcement last Friday night of a criminal investigation has basically initiated a course of action identical to what occurred with the Fast and Furious scandal.

The problem and clash between branches will now depend on second and third level Senators and Congressmen initiating action to pressure the leadership into forming a select committee to investigate at a minimum the IRS scandal if possible all of the abuses of power engaged in by the Obama administration. Based on the track record of the Republican leadership (or lack thereof) and the inability of the media to grasp the depths of the crisis should Obama be allowed to escape prosecution, Americans should begin preparations to live in a totally lawless society controlled with a police state based domestic military and continuous variations of regulation to create a nation of citizen criminals guilty of only living within our borders and out of favor with the powers that be.

I am officially now a racist according to the media, politically correct, and terminally stupid. I disagree with the path that our nation is on, the actions taken since 2004 in our country but even more so since 2009, and worse, I have this nasty tendency to tell it like I see it and that of course means I am a biased bigot to those who disagree.

Shortly after assuming office, the current and unfortunate President of the United States engaged in a daring act of state power outside of the limits of the United States Constitution by nationalizing General Motors and Chrysler Motors in June of 2009. The preplanned bankruptcy was declared as necessary by the administration to ensure the survival of these corporations as too many jobs were at stake despite the collapse of much larger threats to the nation’s economy in 2008. Within the restructuring of the automotive manufacturers seized by the Federal Government, the bondholders sued and took the case on the fast track to the United States Supreme Court which rejected their plea despite a valid complaint of violation of their 4th and 5th Amendment rights. The excuse of basically giving the remains of the corporations and the controlling interest to the United Auto Workers and Fiat was that the extraordinary economic circumstances justified this thievery while rewarding the various contributors who helped Obama win the Presidency in 2008. The true free market capitalists complained far and wide about this unconstitutional action but their voices were drowned out by the media with one refrain:

It’s okay, because he’s black.

The newly empowered regime did not just stop there. Less than two months after the election in March of 2009, the Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) drafted a a report about the “modern militia movement.” Amazingly enough, anyone with a Ron Paul or other third party candidate bumper sticker, against abortion, or possessing, not distributing but possessing any part of a list of what is considered subversive literature the Department of Homeland Security MIAC Fusion Center alleged that that individual might be a member of a  militia. The report was immediately pulled when outrage was expressed however the DHS has never fully denied adopting those standards as a basis for creating surveillance files on potential future threats even if the Americans in question had never posed a threat or committed any crime. When the mainstream media and elites within both political parties were confronted with the joint outrage of civil libertarians and those who were the subject of the report the reply was simple:

It’s okay, because he’s black.

The idea of a massive stimulus to bail the economy out of its doldrums was railroaded through the Democrat controlled House and Senate for over $800 billion was a payoff to unions, government employees at the Federal and State level, and select donors who owned companies with the inside for contracts in Democratically controlled districts. The lack of a sustained economic recovery as in the past with over 4% GDP growth was blamed on George W. Bush failing to delineate to the incoming administration just how severe the economic crisis was and Republicans were blocking an effective all encompassing economic program which would help those in the most need for a recovery. Criticism was met with blunt force from the media however as those who opposed the stimulus program and other attempts to institutionalize government graft were labeled “racists”  or worse.  These false accusations and attempts to destroy the reputations of the opposition even though they quoted actual facts were praised by the media and repudiated with an anger unseen since the extremist left of the 1960′s screamed for revolution. Why was this justified and allowed to occur unchecked?

The United States of America declared war on a sovereign nation without any justification nor action taken against our country by Libya yet this President launched a subversive campaign to kill the leader of a foreign nation in direct violation of U.S. law. The CIA and our military’s special forces were used to supply weapons, logistics, and assist NATO bombers (primarily bombers) to attack Libyan positions up to and including targeting Muammar Qaddafi even though the Federal Government denied such actions. After the conflict the United States, under orders from this administration ordered the seizure of the weapon’s cache of the Qaddafi military under the premise of presenting terrorists from obtaining the advanced weaponry from the destroyed Libyan military.

On September 11, 2012 the new Ambassador to Libya, Christopher Stevens, was killed during a terrorist assault on a consulate building in Benghazi. The cover up was not about the malfeasance of the administration by denying military assistance to save the Ambassador’s life. In fact it was more about the gun running operations illegally supplying weapons from Libya to the Syrian rebels which includes members from the very terrorist groups DHS and our national security apparatus have been warning the world about for years! The media, despite hearings which included brave whistle-blowers from the State Department ignore the fact that the President was allegedly “asleep” during the assault nor that his regime would provide adequate security despite warnings many months before. The excuse offered?

It’s okay, because he’s black.

The corruption extends far beyond the American military and domestic security departments however. The Department of Agriculture engaged in a program of blatant restitution to minorities, primarily African-Americans, who may or may not have ever been associated with, lived on, or owned a farm in their lives. The Pigford Settlement was exposed by Breitbart.com to act as a method for once again filtering taxpayer dollars to many undeserving applicants who would know a hoe from a ho. As Andrew Breitbart stood firm and countered every lawsuit and action taken against him, he was called a racist, a bigot, and a yellow journalist by many but he stood his ground. When the Republicans dared to challenge the President’s USDA on this matter, the response as to why Obama could support this settlement and promote those responsible was simple:

It’s okay, because he’s black.

Corruption.

Violations of the Constitution.

Engaging in multiple violations of Federal and State laws.

Allowing blanket secret amnesty for millions of illegals.

Forcing smaller banks out of business to support too big to fail institutions.

Enabling our enemies to expand in the Middle East and North Africa while penalizing our allies.

Further restricting our freedoms and rights with Obamacare, Executive Orders for the NLRB, EPA, USDA, etc., and imposing penalties on Americans without due process or trial.

Using the IRS to collect data, deny due process, and intimidate political appointments to reduce funding to his opposition.

Expanding domestic spying using drones, a domestic civilian military only he controls, and recording every purchase, conversation, or internet action an individual engages in without a warrant or cause.

The excuse that allows all this to happen?

It’s okay, because he’s black.

America is at the final crossroads yet by reversing the course and allowing race to be used as justification for the imposition of a leftist at best, Marxist at worst, national dictatorship where the rule of law is determined by political appointees and not the United States Constitution is at hand. We the people have a choice. If the Obama administration gets away with the current scandals plastering the media then our nation shall fall. It was historic that our nation elected its first minority but is that justification for allowing the destruction of the Republic in the process? According to the mainstream media and the elites of our nation, it is and guess why?

It’s okay, because he’s black.

The news from Europe and the so-called successful European Union continues on a dire path, now with the tiny nation of Slovenia following in the footsteps to slavery and a Panzerbank march to seize control of the nation’s wealth. The economic Blitzkrieg that Germany’s favorite Marxist, Herr Merkel, is executing would make Rommel jealous as now Slovenia is in precisely the same danger as Greece was in 2009. This is not a surprise as I warned on March 27th of this year in the article “Slovenia is the Next Crisis for the Dysfunctional European Union“, that indeed Slovenia was next on the list of European nations to fall. Of course Hungary still has a chance to beat them to the punch.

As the world turns and Obama twists in the wind, the cowardly creatures with such cute little nicknames like “Rino” and “Coward” and “F***ing Assh***s,” went to work behind the back of conservative voters and the party which put them into power to cut a deal in the House of Representatives for a comprehensive immigration reform bill, er, illegal alien amnesty. From such famous cowardly creatures like John Boehner this is not a surprise but the timing is about as stupid as humanly possible because the Republicans had a chance to take back the momentum  from the regime and weaken their positions on much more important issues.

When the Reuters story first flashed on my screen, the revulsion and acid reflux hit my system immediately:

The breakthrough came at the end of a two-hour private meeting of seven Republican and Democratic negotiators. The eighth negotiator in this so-called House Gang of Eight was unavailable after undergoing surgery on Wednesday.

The final sticking point, according to congressional sources, was over whether illegal immigrants now in the United States who gain legal status under the bill could participate in the new healthcare law known as “Obamacare,” which Republicans want to repeal.

None of the negotiators would comment on how the matter was resolved. Nor would they provide other details of the deal.

Seriously? The Republicowards who were supposedly seeking to repeal Obamacare cut a deal with the most untrustworthy anti-American group of souls in the country known as “Democrats” and found common ground? With only two Republicans of the seven known Republican participants, John Boehner and Mario Diaz-Balart (R-FL), it will be interesting once it is discovered who the other five were and which districts they represent.

The warnings have been issued for years now but voters are too stupid, lazy, or gullible to do what needs to be done. The removal of the old guard for both political parties must begin immediately or the Republic will fall.

Uh, this sounds a lot like 2008 or 2009. The Central Arizona Bank in Scottsdale, AZ did not even open THIS MORNING!!!! The bank was seized last night with little warning and instead of seizing the parent company in total (Capitol Bank Holdings, Lansing, MI) this one unit was suddenly seized Tuesday night and shut down. Something does not smell right as it has always been EXTREMELY RARE for a bank to be shut down on a weekday evening other than Fridays.

Central Arizona Bank, Scottsdale, Arizona, was closed today by the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions, which appointed the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as receiver. To protect the depositors, the FDIC entered into a purchase and assumption agreement with Western State Bank, Devils Lake, North Dakota, to assume all of the deposits of Central Arizona Bank.

The sole former branch of Central Arizona Bank will reopen tomorrow as a branch of Western State Bank during its normal business hours. Depositors of Central Arizona Bank will automatically become depositors of Western State Bank.  Deposits will continue to be insured by the FDIC, so there is no need for customers to change their banking relationship in order to retain their deposit insurance coverage up to applicable limits.  Customers of Central Arizona Bank should continue to use their current branch until they receive notice from Western State Bank that systems conversions have been completed to allow full-service banking at all branches of Western State Bank.

 

This evening depositors of Central Arizona Bank can access their money by writing checks or using ATM or debit cards.  Checks drawn on the bank will continue to be processed. Loan customers should continue to make their payments as usual.

 

As of March 31, 2013, Central Arizona Bank had approximately $31.6 million in total assets and $30.8 million in total deposits.  In addition to assuming all of the deposits of the failed bank, Western State Bank agreed to purchase essentially all of the failed bank’s assets.

 

Customers with questions about today’s transaction should call the FDIC toll-free at 1-800-423-6395. The phone number will be operational this evening until 9:00 p.m., Mountain Time (MT), and thereafter from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., MT. Interested parties also can visit the FDIC’s Web site at http://www.fdic.gov/bank/individual/failed/centralaz.html

 

The FDIC estimates that the cost to the Deposit Insurance Fund (DIF) will be $8.6 million.  Compared to other alternatives, Western State Bank’s acquisition was the least costly resolution for the FDIC’s DIF.  Central Arizona Bank is the 13th FDIC-insured institution to fail in the nation this year, and the second in Arizona.  The last FDIC-insured institution closed in the state was Gold Canyon Bank, Gold Canyon, on April 5, 2013.

Something seriously does not smell right here. What records did this bank hold relating to Fast and Furious or one of the other scandals that needed to be sealed?

If the Feds needed to use a bank for laundering funds for Fast and Furious in AZ, this is a good location and small enough to not attract suspicion.

There is this running theory in politics and business that if one works within the Kissinger-Rockefeller sphere of influence, that lucky soul has immunity from any event as long as the individual continues to work for the benefit of the greater globalist financial cabal. Apparently the Teflon coating is still quite intact and functional for the former Secretary of the Treasury as the scandals which happened under his watch continue to explode with fresh headlines on the front pages of newspapers and the internet on a daily basis.

Timothy Geithner is best known as one of the most important Obama appointments to leave after the first term, yet his recent career moves seem to suggest a propensity to abandon ship after the vessel has struck an iceberg and taken on inordinate amounts of water. This was not the case in his early career where he cut his teeth on domestic and international political economics as a consultant with Kissinger and Associates. The biography continues with his career in government starting in 1988 with a stint as an attaché within the Treasury Department for International Affairs in Tokyo. In 2001 his work shifted to the IMF, a notoriously corrupt financial institution, before returning to work within the United States financial system exclusively.

The rat became CEO of the most powerful branch of the Federal Reserve Banks, as the New York branch was directly in control of so many aspects of our financial system from establishing authorized Primary Dealers for Treasury Bond auctions to oversight of every financial institution headquartered within the New York area including Wall Street. It was that role during the housing crisis which began in late 2006/early 2007 culminating in an economic crash and financial crisis in throughout 2008 and most of 2009 where his role and actions or lack thereof became glaringly obvious.

As financial institutions began to hide problems with their MBS (Mortgage backed security) portfolios and the derivative instruments affiliated with those investments, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (FRBNY) under Geithner sprang into action and immediately began to work with the larger institutions to cover up the evidence of their malfeasance. While numerous bloggers and the occasional act of journalism started to report on the severity of the coming crisis in 2007, the FRBNY began to work with Bernanke and Secretary of the Treasury Hank Paulson to find taxpayer funding if necessary and creative accounting methods to cover the losses which were expanding exponentially on a monthly basis. During Geithner’s reign as head of the FRBNY the number of CEO’s, COO’s, and CFO’s penalized or prosecuted for securities violations and breaking the financial services laws which the Fed had responsibility for enforcement was zero and to this date remains ZERO.

The election of President Obama in November of 2008 in the midst of the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression gave Geithner the opportunity to abandon the sinking ship of Wall Street and the crisis the Federal Reserve found itself in and shift his power base to Washington, D.C. where his arrival as Treasury Secretary nominee will never be forgotten by any taxpayer.

Needless to say the Democratic Party’s excuse machine and the less than a coward vigilance of the Republicans guaranteed that Mr. Geithner’s “oversight” would be dismissed and he would become the Secretary of the Treasury. From there the illegal actions of the Obama administration during the seizure of General Motors and Chrysler from their respective bondholders was ushered through by strong arming lawmakers into silence while using his financial connections along with the lawyers from the Department of Justice to convince the world that the 5th Amendment did not apply to the bondholders because of the severity of the American economic decline.

Fast forward to the newly revealed abuses by the Internal Revenue Service regarding not just the deliberate delays and inquiries into Jewish, Tea Party, educational, and Conservative groups, but the illegal disclosure of confidential information to leftist media outlets as revealed by Breitbart  today. For those ‘low information voters’ who might be perusing these pages for the first time, the Secretary of the Treasury is the ‘boss’ over the IRS. Amazingly enough as Timothy Geithner is now in private life, not one media outlet, not even the vaunted Fox News has dared to ask the question that really matters to the latest revelations:

How is that every time there is a major scandal, be it financial, legal, or political, the person in charge of that department or agency is always in private life again shielded by Executive Privilege and never forced to answer for his actions or inaction?

The one continuing thread since the emergence of the financial crisis in 2007 to the front pages of our media until the events at the IRS revealed last week is that the person in charge, Timothy Geithner, is never questioned, never subpoenaed, nor ever charged with any culpability no matter the carnage left behind. Strange isn’t it, that this rat always seems to escape just as the scandals begin to emerge.

There were many comments via email that I was nuts. The sources were dubious according to their understanding and that I was simply looking to place the “Communist” tag on anyone who had a different worldview than I held. In the article I was quoting sources in Germany which warned about her past involvement with the Communist Party and her interesting work for the German Democratic Republic (GDR) while a member of the party.

Fast forward to the Financial Times publishing an innocuous looking article last night:

In the article (subscription/registration required to read) by Peter Ehrlich it is stated:

“She was responsible for brainwashing in the favour of Marxism”, Günther Krause, a former minister and ally from the chancellor’s Christian Democrats, says in the book.

While that might sound shocking, her response about the membership in the party and various organizations being for “social purposes” does not hold water when one remembers her education at the University of Moscow and further indoctrination into the Communist Party ways by the Soviet Union apparatus. What is more terrifying is the fact her father used the church to find dissidents and turn them into the Stasi in exchange for political favors which indeed may have put Ms. Merkel on the fast track to a collegiate career and ultimately a higher standing withing the East German Communist Party.

Naturally to retain the balance of power in her current political party’s favor, the responses were swift from her political allies in Berlin:

Yeah, I’m sure that defense holds water with all of the terminally stupid who fail to realize that they are trusting people like Merkel and Obama with their nation’s economies and neither of them will take responsibility for any accounting or their actions in the past, present, or future.

The Mayor of New York, America’s Jewish Himmler wannabe must be furious that his empire is under assault with the revelation that the reporters at the company which bears his name were allegedly illegally snooping into the actions and activity of Bloomberg terminal users:

Bloomberg: Yes, reporters had access to client data

The CNET News story at the link above by Lance Whitney indicates that the reporters had limited access to a user’s data. Of course that comes from the people at Bloomberg so judge that for oneself:

“There was good reason for this,” Winkler said, “as our reporters used to go to clients in the early days of the company and ask them what topics they wanted to see covered. Understanding how clients used the terminal was more important then. We still do that today, which is why we have feedback tabs on our news-related terminal functions.”

Winkler stressed that reporters had no access to trading, portfolio, or stock monitoring systems. They were unable to see the stories being read by or the stocks being researched by the firm’s clients, nor could they peek at messages sent from one client to another. Further, Bloomberg reporters sign a confidentiality agreement that prevents them from disclosing any non-public information in their news stories.

 

The obvious questions becomes what if a reporter contacted a competitor with some piece of information for feedback or verification on an exclusive story, is there really any check or balance within the Bloomberg newsroom to verify that the confidentiality agreement was being upheld? The extremely liberal nature of the news, especially relating to social issues or the current administration’s actions, should cause the viewer of Bloomberg Television and readers of their website to cast a wary eye on any response regarding this scandal. Remember when it comes to the financial or mainstream media, often one and the same, trust but verify.

The challenge for those of us in the stands sipping beer and eating popcorn as the circus gets larger and louder will be to see if the Obama administration, a long time friend of the Mayor and his corrupt regime in New York City, will begin an investigation into potential violations of Federal Wiretapping laws. The law on this matter is fairly cut and dry with the pertinent information highlighted in red for my readers to review.

While the American Mainstream Propaganda Media continues its reporting of just how wonderful the economy is, reality at the street level, Main Street to be exact, continues to set it. What is truly amazing is the mainstream idiots think that because a bank fails now, that the American economy is “healthy” enough because it can absorb it. Really? In 2008 the same idiots in the financial media said the initial wave of bank failures meant nothing because our economy was still strong and resilient. Even more amazing is that the Georgia bank was acquired by another institution that has long been rumored to be insolvent so someone in Georgia must be paying tribute to the right regulators to keep that dead dog afloat.

Synovus Bank, Columbus, Georgia, Assumes All of the Deposits of Sunrise Bank, Valdosta, Georgia

Sunrise Bank, Valdosta, Georgia, was closed today by the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance, which appointed the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as receiver. To protect the depositors, the FDIC entered into a purchase and assumption agreement with Synovus Bank, Columbus, Georgia, to assume all of the deposits of Sunrise Bank.

The three former branches of Sunrise Bank will reopen as branches of Synovus Bank during their normal business hours. Depositors of Sunrise Bank will automatically become depositors of Synovus Bank. Deposits will continue to be insured by the FDIC, so there is no need for customers to change their banking relationship in order to retain their deposit insurance coverage up to applicable limits. Customers of Sunrise Bank should continue to use their current branch until they receive notice from Synovus Bank that systems conversions have been completed to allow full-service banking at all branches of Synovus Bank.

This evening and over the weekend, depositors of Sunrise Bank can access their money by writing checks or using ATM or debit cards. Checks drawn on the bank will continue to be processed. Loan customers should continue to make their payments as usual.

As of March 31, 2013, Sunrise Bank had approximately $60.8 million in total assets and $57.8 million in total deposits. In addition to assuming all of the deposits of the failed bank, Synovus Bank agreed to purchase approximately $13.2 million of the failed bank’s assets. The FDIC will retain the remaining assets for later disposition.

Customers with questions about today’s transaction should call the FDIC toll-free at 1-800-508-8289. The phone number will be operational this evening until 9:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time (EDT); on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., EDT; on Sunday from noon to 6:00 p.m., EDT; on Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., EDT; and thereafter from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EDT. The FDIC estimates that cost to the Deposit Insurance Fund will be $17.3 million. Compared to other alternatives, Synovus Bank was the least costly resolution for the FDIC’s DIF. China Demands Japan Cede Sovereignty of US Military Base Island Okinawa

A mouthpiece of China’s Communist party has claimed that the Japanese Island of Okinawa, home to several major US military bases, should be ceded to Beijing.

China’s foreign ministry has endorsed an article in The People’s Daily, the country’s most-read newspaper, demanding sovereignty over the southern Japanese Ryukyu Islands, of which Okinawa is the largest.

“Unresolved problems relating to the Ryukyu Islands have reached the time for reconsideration,” claimed the article, which was penned by two scholars from China’s top state-run think-tank.

While this is not a direct statement of a shift in foreign policy, it usually is followed by military threats, naval action near the territory declared in dispute and apparently an attempt to con the Japanese government to cede the Senkaku Islands in exchange for ‘allowing’ the Japanese to keep Okinawa plus the rights to base American forces in the region. Of course knowing the Obama administration, the surrender papers have already been donated along with some more cash from China to get American troops out of the region.

Today’s shocking press conference is forcing me to move this story back to the front page after revelations from the families of the killed Navy Seal Team 6 in Afghanistan in 2011. I posted the story below this video on August 7, 2011 asking the question and now it would appear, almost 2 years later, that my suspicions sadly may be confirmed. God help our Republic if our leaders are so willing to kill brave men in our nation’s service to protect their lies.

Remember the initial lie? The media covering for Obama and his fiends plus many inside the Pentagon claimed that “none of the OBL team were on the flight.”

First and foremost that is utter bullshit.

Seal Team 6 Copter Shoot Down: Is the CIA Erasing Evidence of the OBL Operation?

As many of my readers and listeners know, I am not much for conspiracies from the extreme woo-woo land, but every now and then I will take a swim in the conspiracy pool and get a toe or two wet. This morning however, I think I’m diving into the deep end with this one and I hope you’ll follow my logic because the shooting down of the helicopter containing members of Seal Team Six which were involved in the alleged assassination of Osama Bin Laden struck me as just way too coincidental as far as timing and the news flow since the goat lover was announced dead.

The story on the front page of The Drudge Report this morning confirmed that the helicopter was indeed shot down during an operation yesterday, after initial reports from our government painted it as a “crash” that was under investigation. I was instantly skeptical of this report after the news broke because as was validated later in the day, it was the first time for a loss of life that large in one day in that theater of operations and even more unusual it just happened to be members of the United States Navy Seals. That made me even more suspicious and started my conspiratorial Spidey senses (the old Spidey, not the new PC one) to start putting a little logic together and wondering if indeed this was an actual lucky shot by the Taliban or a planned eradication of evidence.

Rumors were abound about the glory of the operation  inside Pakistan which killed allegedly killed Osama Bin Laden. I say allegedly because as I stated on the radio at that time, the facts did not add up. It is not in the nature of any member of the U.S. military that I have ever met to just shoot an unarmed man, especially if that individual could be a huge intelligence cache or asset. Would the Navy Seals escort a CIA team into a combat operations and terminate all security personnel allowing the CIA to kill at will and retrieve data? You betcha. But for the team to enter into a residence and shoot unarmed civilians did not sound like the military I know nor an operation that they would have engaged in unless it was to cover for Central Intelligence Agency operatives.

Thus why since day one of this, I was happy to hear that OBL was dead yet I had lingering doubts.

Now fast forward to several months after the event and numerous stories about a supposedly non-existent Seal Team unit and glorification of a group which has remained faceless and nameless until this point. The White House and its incompetent civilian staff, including the moron who is Vice-President, revealed more about this operation than any administration did in history to almost indoctrinate the public that our soldiers were indeed capable of killing at will, which of course some members of any large military are capable of.  This begs the question: Were the revelations deliberate, accidental, or part of a great plan? The Navy never wanted this much exposure for the unit yet there were operatives within the administration that insisted on leaking to their “friends” in the media details of all sorts, including quite possibly the home addresses and names of the unit’s members per some reports.

The news story yesterday, much like the story concocted for the Osama Bin Laden assassination, is full of puzzle pieces which do not fit and thus my skepticism so let’s take that trip down “Conspiracy Lane” and highlight some points which might make sense to some but paint a possible truth yet will never be revealed in our lifetime.

1. The Central Intelligence Agency is not loved nor admired by long time combat hardened members of our military. This is a historic fact dating back to the atrocities never revealed from the Vietnam War and the tactics used to extract information and actual war crimes that may have been committed but soldiers wisely refused to reveal that information for fear of their lives.

2. The CIA has been quietly been withdrawing key personnel from Pakistan, those that were essential to the OBL operation including the sudden departure of Mark Carlton the CIA Station Chief who was allegedly forced to leave Islamabad by the Pakistani intelligence agency at the behest of their government. This is the second station chief to depart in the last six months that we know of.

3. Most of the members killed yesterday in the helicopter shoot down were members of the team which had personnel which participated in the OBL operation which did have CIA involvement. To add from the BBC’s version of the story:

US sources say the special forces were from the Navy Seal unit which killed Osama Bin Laden, but are “unlikely” to be the same personnel.

Unlikely? The first story was that it was an accident. And since they can never reveal their identities, would you trust THIS GOVERNMENT to tell the truth?

4. The CIA is known for erasing all evidence of high level intelligence programs which could reveal personnel, information and data obtained, or witnesses/non-CIA participants of said operations.

5. This is the first time in almost ten years of warfare in Afghanistan that a Chinook helicopter with a loss of life this large has ever been brought down allegedly by the Taliban.

Am I saying that the CIA shot the helicopter down? Not directly, because there is no evidence that this was the case.

Do I believe in coincidence?

No.

Would I speculate, while wearing my conspiracy hat, that the CIA is capable of hiring operatives inside Afghanistan using their personnel and possibly arming the now probably dead Taliban or drug industry related contractors with Stingers that they would set up the Seal Team to be shot down thus eradicating any evidence of the OBL operation and the information obtained?

Yes.

In fact I would go further and state that now I am in the camp that Osama could well be alive at an undisclosed location being used to obtain information not just about Al Qaeda operations, but about funding and tactical support from Saudi, Chinese, Pakistani, and other nations that wished to create problems for the United States and the West to accelerate our downfall.

I leave your interpretation and calculations up to each of my readers. The rarity of a loss of this magnitude in a war in which we declared the Taliban were fewer in number and in retreat plus the fact that the dead just “happen” to include the members of the team involved in the OBL operation has helped to make my mind up and I think there is corruption within this government and its shadow government counterpart which goes far beyond the simple assassination of our soldiers and enemies.

God help this Republic of ours if I am correct.

Yesterday afternoon, a brave group of whistle-blowers gave testimony which some considered explosive, I would consider just plain brave (from CNSNews.com):

Throughout the entire Libyan “revolution” ignited by quite possibly a teaming up of Saudi, Qatari, U.S., and U.K. intelligence resources, there were several factors which for a lack of better words “smelled quite rotten’ and had everyone scratching their collective heads. The questions that stood out in Europe and the United States related to the use of NATO resources to attack a nation which had not declared war nor instigated any recent action against treaty members. In fact the 1949 NATO Treaty states in Article 1:

The Parties undertake, as set forth in the Charter of the United Nations, to settle any international dispute in which they may be involved by peaceful means in such a manner that international peace and security and justice are not endangered, and to refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force in any manner inconsistent with the purposes of the United Nations.

And as a follow up in Article 5:

The Parties agree that an armed attack against one or more of them in Europe or North America shall be considered an attack against them all and consequently they agree that, if such an armed attack occurs, each of them, in exercise of the right of individual or collective self-defence recognised by Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations, will assist the Party or Parties so attacked by taking forthwith, individually and in concert with the other Parties, such action as it deems necessary, including the use of armed force, to restore and maintain the security of the North Atlantic area.

Any such armed attack and all measures taken as a result thereof shall immediately be reported to the Security Council. Such measures shall be terminated when the Security Council has taken the measures necessary to restore and maintain international peace and security .

There was no attack on a NATO member, no violation of international law under the United Nations treaty, nor consideration of a threat to any NATO member justifying an attack on Libya yet we engaged in a covert followed up with an overt undeclared war with our allies against Muammar Qaddafi for no apparent political or humanitarian reason. The stories started to fly in 2011 about the actions and the timeline of events which followed culminating with the assassination of Ambassador Christopher Stephens.

I. The Covert Action Phase and Greater Middle East Policy Implications

On March 30, 2011 Reuters published the following story:

Exclusive: Obama authorizes secret help for Libya rebels

From the article above:

Obama signed the order, known as a presidential “finding”, within the last two or three weeks, according to government sources familiar with the matter.

Such findings are a principal form of presidential directive used to authorize secret operations by the Central Intelligence Agency. This is a necessary legal step before such action can take place but does not mean that it will.

The finding meant that the green light was on for American aid to the Libyan rebels and as it turned out participation by U.S. military and intelligence units in assisting the anti-Qaddafi forces in overthrowing the regime. The March 30th story was an indication of something that might well have been underway for some period of time with the headlines reflecting a conflict involving Al-Qaeda along with assistance from throughout the region:

The one constant revealed from all the headlines above? Al-Qaeda involvement, Saudi involvement, and U.S. covert intervention despite the fact that the Libyan regime had never made nor taken any action against either NATO members or GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) nations. The other interesting aspect was the expansion of the cordial relationship between the Obama administration and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, this time in matters relating to Middle Eastern and North African (MENA) foreign affairs. This relationship wold continue into the next election cycle and another conflict, this time in Syria.

II. Syria, Saudi Arabia, and Sarin

The blueprint created within the heart of CIA headquarters with coordination via the United Kingdom’s MI-6 and key allied intelligence services in the Middle East, Qatar and Saudi Arabia primarily, was deemed a successful program by 2012 with successes in Egypt and Libya. The suppression of Shiite and radical Sunni movements in Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Yemen, and Saudi Arabia itself provided a certain level of confidence to expand the program one more time against the last former Soviet client in the region, Syria, and rid the region of another pro-Iranian state to help isolate that regime further.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has never made it a secret in world affairs that the Assad family and their intransigent support of Iran was a thorn in their side. When a small rebellion flared up again in Syria the opportunity to use the Libyan blueprint was envisioned and sure enough the United States became entangled, as if almost under orders from the Saudi royal family. What was interesting to begin this story was that in February 2012, the Obama regime opposed aiding the rebels. Why the sudden change and how did that impact the timeline in this conflict?

The news flow followed an almost eerily identical pattern to the Libyan overthrow of Qaddafi:

The last story from March 29, 2012 provided an entry point for the United States into the conflict which will be discussed in the next section of this story. The opportunity created by the Saudi and Qatari funding of the Libyan rebellion was now providing a chance to shift the captured arms from Libya into the Syrian conflict. Of course the U.S. was cautious about this due to the appearance of Al-Qaeda rebels once again in another Islamic religious conflict. This did not deter the U.S. to intervene after mid-May with an announcement of the expansion of humanitarian aid followed with even more as the headlines reveal:

Libya arms fueling conflicts in Syria, Mali and beyond: U.N. experts

The last story is the key to tying Benghazi, Saudi Arabia, Syria, and Obama together so bookmark this story for future reference. Just like everyone needs to remember the importance of the sarin gas connection to Libya also. In the British newspaper the UK Telegraph reported on March 2, 2011 that the SAS (Special Air Service) was prepared to seize control of Qadaffi’s chemical weapons stockpiles which included sarin gas. Assad knows that the first use of chemical or biological agents in the civil war would drag the international community into a direct conflict with his forces, something he could ill afford if he wished to stay in power. Thus with the weapons flow from Libya to Syria well underway, one has to ask if the New York Times report about the rebels using sarin gas might have been an attempt  to try to draw NATO and Israel into a war with Assad to help them to victory is not so outlandish.

The problem with a conflict of this nature is that once the deal has been struck, the “finding” signed by the President of the U.S., and the money plus weapons flowing into one side it is almost impossible to predict the extent or severity of the conflict that would evolve in one of the most unstable regions of the world throughout history. So why would any politician dare to take a chance by engaging in such a policy?

III. = I. + II.

The Benghazi disaster on September 11, 2012 had several precursor events which allowed the murder of our Ambassador and the two brave soldiers to occur but the largest question never asked was simple:

Were the Saudis continuing to fund Al-Qaeda based militias inside of Libya as they had been doing in Syria?

Inside of the rebellion in Egypt, Saudi support via the Wahhabi religious sect to the Muslim Brotherhood has been underway for decades but the economic instability in Cairo finally provided the spark needed to accelerate the change. The blanket support of the Saudi programs to remove unfriendly regimes in nations which act contrary to their interests by the United States was puzzling to many of our allies but the move into the Syrian conflict confounded the world. In this writer’s opinion there is something that every reporter has failed to engage in, and that is the simple rule of following the money.

The Obama campaign in 2012 appeared to experience some degree of financial floundering after spending a tremendous amount of money attacking Republican candidates but by April of that year, the fundraising appeared to fall far behind the 2008 pace. The following graphic from the NY Times appeared to reflect this fact:

The section in red I circled above is about the same time weapons and further aid started flowing into Syria from Libya via U.S. bases in Turkey as alleged in recent stories and via Jordan through Saudi Arabia. Why is this time period so important? There is a history of alleged campaign contributions starting with the 2008 elections when Marueen Dowd in her editorial titled “Obama’s Troubling Internet Fund Raising” (no link to the original NY Times article available)published on June 29, 2008 revealed the following:

Obama’s internet campaign started out innocently enough with basic e-mail networking, lists saved from previous party campaigns and from supporters who visited any of the Obama campaign web sites. Small contributions came in from these sources and the internet campaign staff were more than pleased by the results.

Then, about two months into the campaign the daily contribution intake multiplied. Where was it coming from? One of the web site security monitors began to notice the bulk of the contributions were clearly coming in from overseas internet service providers and at the rate and frequency of transmission it was clear these donations were “programmed” by a very sophisticated user.

While the security people were not able to track most of the sources due to firewalls and other blocking devices put on these contributions they were able to collate the number of contributions that were coming in seemingly from individuals but the funds were from only a few credit card accounts and bank electronic funds transfers. The internet service providers (ISP) they were able to trace were from Saudi Arabia, Iran, and other Middle Eastern countries. One of the banks used for fund transfers was also located in Saudi Arabia.

Another concentrated group of donations was traced to a Chinese ISP with a similar pattern of limited credit card charges.

The extremist left websites immediately attacked this story as nonsense and as McCain imploded along with the economy, everyone forgot about the possibility that indeed a U.S. Presidential candidate was receiving campaign funding potentially in violation of election laws from overseas sources. The same allegations appeared again in this last election cycle:

Dubious donations (2012 edition)

In the April 2012 story from the Powerline blog by Scott Johnson above, he states the following:

Barack Obama has proved the greatest campaign fund-raiser of all time by a long shot. In 2008 his campaign raised more than $750 million. The Obama campaign even went the extra mile to raise campaign funds by failing to adopt standard protections against fraudulent and illegal giving. Federal law prohibits foreign contributions and requires the disclosure of identifying information for contributions in excess of $200. Campaigns must accordingly keep running totals for each donor and report them once they exceed $200.

As we and others noted, the 2008 Obama campaign’s records revealed big contributors with names like “Doodad Pro” (employer: “Loving,” profession: “You”) and “Good Will” (same employer and profession). Both donated via credit card. I believe it was Pamela Geller who reported that some donations came from overseas — raising the question of whether Obama was accepting donations from foreigners.

Further into the article this revelation came to light:

Urgent Agenda reader Adrian Murray wondered if the Obama campaign has become any more compliant this time around than it was last time. He conducted the necessary experiment and wrote Urgent Agenda proprietor Bill Katz:

If you go here you will note that credit card donations to the Obama election campaign do not require the credit card security code [i.e., the CVV code]. What they have done is disable the Address Verification System (AVS) which prevents credit card fraud. Yesterday, just to see what would happen, I submitted a donation and filled out the form as follows:

Name – Adolph Hitler
Address – 123 Nuremburg Way, Berlin, Germany
Occupation – Dictator
Employer – Nazi Party

After submitting, I received an email that began, “Dear Adolph, thank you for your generous donation….”

Seriously? As if this were not bad enough, World Net Daily tested it also and guess what?

Bingo. So if Osama bin Laden can create a fake account and contribute to Obama’s re-election how hard would it be for a foreign government, say an individual within the government of one of the anti-Assad, Gulf Cooperation Council nations of the Arabian Peninsula to donate to his 2012 campaign?

Thus even using sub-$200 donations to fund his campaign, literally millions of fake accounts using the 2008 database, a phone book, and in the donation above an apparently blatantly illegal donation, the possibility of a quid-pro-quot must be inquired upon:

Did Obama change his mind on supporting the overthrow of Assad by transferring weapons from Libya to U.S. bases in Turkey and escorting the shipments into Syria  in exchange for campaign contributions from Arab Sheikdoms?

It seems logical based on the circumstantial evidence I have presented thus far that a further investigation is  prudent if anyone has the capabilities to pry the list all donors from the Obama campaign. In fact on October 4, 2012 Paul Bedard a notably reliable political reporter for the Washington Examiner hinted that the foreign money question was indeed about to literally hit the President’s campaign so hard that it rattled him at the first debate:

President Obama’s reelection campaign, rattled by his Wednesday night debate performance, could be in for even worse news. According to knowledgeable sources, a national magazine and a national web site are preparing a blockbuster donor scandal story.

Sources told Secrets that the Obama campaign has been trying to block the story. But a key source said it plans to publish the story Friday or, more likely, Monday.

According to the sources, a taxpayer watchdog group conducted a nine-month investigation into presidential and congressional fundraising and has uncovered thousands of cases of credit card solicitations and donations to Obama and Capitol Hill, allegedly from unsecure accounts, and many from overseas. That might be a violation of federal election laws.

Convenient how this happened again isn’t it?

Even more convenient that after Hillary Clinton met with the Saudis and GCC in the spring of 2012 when Obama was still opposed to aiding the Syrian rebels with arms his mind was changed and suddenly weapons departed Libya and campaign cash started to slosh into Washington, D.C. This relationship and apparent arrangement between the Obama administration and the Saudis might well have continued up through recent times when the mysterious meeting occurred with the Saudi Foreign Minister after the Boston bombing.

I hope this gives everyone a different perspective on the Benghazi testimony and the stories those brave men told. Their sacrifice may have been for our country on paper but in reality, quite sadly I might add, it possibly may have happened to cover up a guns for campaign contributions controversy that must remain buried until Obama leaves office in 2016. Buried like our Ambassador, brave soldiers who died in Libya and fighting proxy wars for the Saudis, and many other secrets which appear to validate the suspicions that this is the most corrupt regime in United States history.
