Is President Biden Still Alive?

The jarring announcement issued via social media on Sunday has done nothing but raise more questions rather than stabilize an already internally conflicted Democrat Party. The reason this author brings the question to the forefront is that there are disturbing questions around the sudden statement and letter allegedly issued by President Biden yesterday.

First, the letter itself raises some obvious alarm bells.

The two issues I’ve noticed are obvious and highlighted above. Firstly, it was written on personal, not White House or even campaign letterhead. If anything it should have been issued on campaign letterhead at a minimum, as it was related to his re-election and this appears to be a last minute hastily issued statement. Secondly, the machine or digitally issued signature does not match any known signatures for President Biden. There are no known signatures where he underlines his name.

But let’s delve into other aspects of what many will accuse this author of conspiracy theories when there are some serious national security concerns that need to be addressed immediately by this regime.

The last time anyone has seen the President publicly was when he departed Air Force One in Delaware, preparing for his “isolation” due to Covid.

The media blackout since Friday night has been nothing but speculative pieces on his future as a candidate, no public statements, nothing.

In fact the letter was the first media interaction the White House has engaged in and that was via their least favorite social media platform X (Twitter). Normally when a historic and momentous announcement of this type happens, a national radio or television broadcast is in order. Something akin to President Lyndon B. Johnson’s national television appearance on March 31, 1968:

Why would there not be a pre-recorded two to five minute speech unless the President is too sick to carry out his duties or in the worst case scenario, deceased.

CBS News issued a posting on X creating more questions about this letter and the events of the last 24 hours:

The implications on our nation can not be lost if the real power behind the Biden Presidency, Jill Biden, is not trying to pull a movie-like Dave scenario to keep her hold on power for the days necessary to execute pardon’s for her family members, transfer any funds under the control of her family to personal accounts, and prepare a chain of succession acceptable to her political whims.

Unfortunately for Dr. Jill, she has only twenty-four more hours to pull this off. The 25th Amendment to the Constitution is cut and dry on this matter in Section 4:

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.

This is why there is a time element since the issuance of this letter on Sunday. If it appears that the President has been incapacitated due to illness or death, where he can not execute his duties as per the Constitution, the Vice-President must assume those duties immediately.

And that is the dilemma the Democrat Party has created for itself. In this era of distrust of all things political, for a revelation that the death of sitting President for twenty-four, forty-eight hours, or even longer only creates speculation and expanded conspiracy theories about what has been happening inside the White House for the last few years.

If President Biden does not make a public appearance by the end of the day on Tuesday, the speculation will only ramp up even more dramatically of a cover up by Jill Biden and the inner circle of the White House.

For the sake of this nation, let’s hope there are still a few individuals with sanity and honor willing to do what is right within the walls of the White House.

However, sadly I must admit, I doubt it, as absolute power corrupts absolutely, especially with the members of this regime.
