Yes, your humble host has a limited understanding of reading or writing in Russian, but by God the strategic decisions of the Czar in 1812 is still applicable today. So what does that phrase above mean?
Let’s use the mentally weak version from Wikipedia so they who ignore history can look it up themselves:
In 1812, Emperor Alexander I was able to render Napoleon’s invasion of Russia useless by using a scorched-earth policy. As Russians withdrew from the advancing French army, they burned the countryside over which they passed (and allegedly Moscow), leaving nothing of value for the pursuing French army. Encountering only desolate and useless land Napoleon’s Grande Armée was prevented from using its usual doctrine of living off the lands that it conquered. Pushing relentlessly on despite dwindling numbers, the Grand Army met with disaster as the invasion progressed. Napoleon’s army arrived in a virtually-abandoned Moscow, which was a tattered starving shell of its former self, largely because of scorched-earth tactics by the retreating Russians. Having conquered essentially nothing, Napoleon’s troops retreated, but the scorched-earth policy came into effect again because even though some large supply dumps had been established on the advance, the route between them had both been scorched and marched over once already. Thus, the French army starved as it marched along the resource-depleted invasion route.
The idea of a “scorched earth” policy has been around for thousands of years, to deny the opponents any opportunity to exploit the resources of those that have been conquered. The reality is that the Russians adopted it as part of modern warfare starting in 1812 leading ultimately to a successful campaign of denying the Nazis easy access to resources during World War II.
However, in the current American terms, the idea of destroying everything in their wake is uniquely new to the idea of destroying the United States ability to function be it at the economic, domestic, or international level.

The rumors are swirling now and the confirmation could well be forthcoming. The figurehead installed to be President of the United States is obviously mentally incapacitated from performing his duties. The rumors are swirling that his new “vacation” to Delaware beginning today for a long weekend are due to exhaustion (from vacation?). The Washington, D.C. elites are speculating that at least five members of the Biden cabinet are ready to invoke the 25th Amendment if Jill Biden refuses to resign.

Much like Edith Wilson ran the nation after Woodrow Wilson’s illness at the end of his term, Jill Biden apparently has been running the affairs of the Presidency in the background for many months now, much to the consternation of the insiders of D.C. There is a growing assessment that his dementia has created an inability to lead and her intransigent refusal to listen to intelligence, military, and economic experts is going to make the crash leading into the Reset far worse than it needs to be, further destabilizing the world even more.
Needless to say, “President” Joe Biden would never have surrendered power or acceptance of a Kamala Harris Presidential run without the approval of Jill and the Democrat Party powers that be. If her payout is anything less than $100 million, this author would be shocked.
The Election Fallacy
Once the Bidenista Junta insisted on Vice-President Kamala Harris being the nominee, aka, the current “deep state” insiders, it was obvious an internal conflict would begin.
If anyone thinks that acting President Jill Biden would forgive Kamala for this statement, they are in error:
Jill never forgave her for that statement. And the insiders within acting President Jill Biden’s circle were immediately in conflict with the elites withing the Democrat Party.
Scorched Earth has Begun
The Biden Junta has begun spending money after the new fiscal year (2025) began on October 1, 2024. To make matters even more insulting, the US Treasury under Janet “Mushroom” Yellen deliberately released the statement on the budget results of FY 2024 three weeks later despite the violation that occurred under Federal Law.
This one statement from the report stands out above all others:
Governmental receipts totaled $4.9 trillion in FY 2024 (17.1 percent of GDP), slightly lower than Budget baseline estimates but higher than MSR baseline estimates. Relative to FY 2023, receipts increased by $479 billion, an increase of 10.8 percent. The increase in receipts for FY 2024 compared to FY 2023 is primarily attributable to increases in individual income taxes of $250 billion (11 percent), corporation income taxes of $110 billion (26 percent), and social insurance and retirement receipts of $95 billion (6 percent). While receipts rose compared to FY 2023, they remain below historical averages as a share of GDP.
But don’t worry be happy, President Jill wouldn’t sabotage a new administration, right?
She and her ilk already have started to do so.

Unfortunately for the next POTUS, the current regime is spending anywhere from $25 to $50 billion per week in excess of the budget allotment to fulfill promises to such insane programs as funding the Ukraine war to ensuring that Pakistani “culturally diverse” individuals were offered educational DEI opportunities.

This doesn’t take much to see what was going as the Jill Biden regime is spending far above allocations thus far for FY 2025.
The Regulatory and International Spending Surge
On the international front, it would appear that blackmail, er, graft to the defense-industrial complex might pay along with spending everything they possibly can before the change in power, regardless of who wins:

While the Jill Biden regime might be trying to duplicate the efforts of Edith Wilson in 1920, the ability to do so under the cloak of a media blackout will be more difficult.
Meanwhile the so-called “deep state” aka, the regulatory state is passing regulations at such a frightening pace to impair the next President regardless of who wins, that even one of the ultimate Fed/US government insiders is protesting:

In reality, the Biden Junta will allow almost all of these “migrants” to pass, unprocessed, and deep into the US and without documentation to proceed further inland so as to sabotage the incoming President, be it Harris or Trump, heading into what appears to be a major winter nightmare.

If one were a skeptical soul, they might believe that Jill & Co. might even hold the threat of an expanded global conflict over the next President’s head if they don’t play ball while they forgive their criminal enterprises and pardon their friends and allies for profit.
This is not going to end well, no matter who wins.
Buckle up ladies and gents as this carnival ride is about to hit the top of the loop and it has no brakes.
Why does this author say this? Jill Biden, the power behind the POTUS, clearly hates both leading candidates for the office of the President. Her ego, along with what’s left of Joe’s, will fight to their last breath to ensure positive viewing of their regime while sabotaging the future administration every way they can.
