The problem at food production plants of staff going sick or needing to shield or self-isolate is an issue for the entire food industry, particularly chicken and red meat processors.
If anyone thinks this will not happen in the United States again and soon, they have another thing coming. The Biden Junta will soon impose a lockdown on the U.S. at a national scale which will cause supply chain problems which will make last March and April pale by comparison.
Prepare accordingly.
